Read the community guidelinesThe work in the Sales Department is fairly consistent. Occasionally, there may be a sudden increase in quotations or orders, but the workload can usually be handled with about a week of overtime. I have worked in the Sales Department for more than 10 years and have experienced several sales managers. Each had their own characteristics and different capabilities, as well as differing levels of emotional control. Capable managers would step in and work alongside the team; they made decisions quickly and directly and took responsibility themselves. Unfortunately, that manager voluntarily applied for retirement several years ago. The company's work environment is relatively straightforward, without any particularly serious cliques or internal departmental conflict. Most employees have long tenures: those who cannot settle in leave quickly, while those who stay generally remain for more than 10 years. The company adjusts salaries from time to time and does not make arbitrary deductions. The basic benefits that should be provided are generally in place; anything additional really depends on individual ability and performance.
The typical problems found in small companies are present to some extent. But ultimately, the main issue is still the people.
The interview was one-on-one, and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. They answered every question.
The company is located in the Far Eastern Century Park, with convenience stores all around downstairs, so the surrounding amenities are quite convenient.
There is no overtime pay for working overtime, no holiday bonuses, and the year-end bonus seems to be either one month’s salary or only paid when the company makes a profit.
