Pros
You can use your phone, binge-watch shows, and listen to your own music. The discipline seems quite lax. Zero overtime all year. Those who want to study and take civil service exams can consider applying for an interview.
Cons
The base salary is noticeably lower than that of other small and medium-sized enterprises. The year-end bonus is pitifully small. If you’re counting on overtime, you may want to think again.
