Applied for a general affairs position
The company initially sent me an invitation asking whether I was interested. I replied that I was willing to come in for an interview, and they also responded, with both parties agreeing on a time. However, when I arrived on time that day, the interviewer had forgotten about it. I waited for nearly 20 minutes while filling out the application information. During that time, the other employees could not find the interviewing supervisor, Manager Chou.
Halfway through filling out the form, I planned to leave if no one showed up after half an hour. Then the interviewer suddenly appeared. Without even checking whether I had finished filling out the information, they started the interview. It was very unprofessional.
The interview was short because the working hours and duties did not meet my needs. Since neither side reached a consensus, the interview ended.
