Pros

Paychecks are issued on time, and the boss gives employees a relatively high degree of freedom to develop. However, management-driven; please observe workplace ethics (those with work experience can accept this, but it may be difficult for younger people).

Cons

The products designed are similar to those already on the market, so sales staff may have a harder time here. Engineers with their own ideas will be persuaded otherwise, since the product is ultimately led by the PM.

Pros

The building security guards are very courteous; their manner of opening the door and welcoming people leaves a good impression.

Cons

The salaries for experienced engineers are lower than those offered elsewhere.

Now that mobile phones all have GPS, you can only focus on developing racing track-recording technology.

The supervisor seems to be an impatient person; people going for an interview can experience this for themselves.

Pros

A great place to learn, with flexible hours and little overtime.

It feels like the boss is rarely in the office, but the hierarchy is clearly defined, so you don’t deal directly with the boss.

Cons

The products are almost all outdated, and there is no sign of new product development.

The Japan business is more demanding: you have to organize events on Saturdays and Sundays, but there is no compensatory time off, and you continue working on Monday.

There are often resources for meals and group gatherings, but few resources for international marketing, and no effort has been made to establish a presence at overseas trade shows. (The Taiwan auto racing shows that the company attends have very low benefits.)
