Read the community guidelinesThe headquarters’ location is convenient. The company places great importance on its external image, so it chooses upscale venues for some events and group dinners.
The salary and bonuses are low. The general manager of this company (the founder’s son) often focuses on the person rather than the issue. He judges people according to his personal feelings: he listens to everything people he likes say, while those he dislikes have no chance, of course. There is a significant difference between his private and public image; his image is built up entirely through the capital and support provided by the headquarters’ back office. Another female vice general manager at headquarters, surnamed Chen and named Hui, has a very different personality: she is extremely superficial and fake. Once you join, her true personality will show. She treats the people under her as slaves and orders them around very rudely, even requiring them to handle tasks outside their roles, such as accounting for funds of unclear origin and taking care of her personal affairs. Even more outrageous, this vice general manager surnamed Chen will set traps for employees simply because she wants to get rid of people she does not like. Advice for anyone considering joining: before entering their headquarters, you must pretend—on the surface, you should be very positive, like Dale Carnegie!
