Pros

1. Encourages employees to exercise (with bonuses)

2. Provides group meals; a coffee bar is available on Wednesdays, the company regularly holds worship ceremonies, there is a snack cabinet, and occasional afternoon tea and company gatherings

3. You can learn about tiles, bathroom fixtures, and basic engineering knowledge

4. Opportunities to interact with successful people

5. Sales staff are encouraged to go out and meet clients, and cases/customers are clearly assigned to them

6. Overtime pay is provided for overtime work

Cons

1. No comprehensive training system

2. Requires accompanying others on visits (whether this is considered a drawback depends on the individual)

3. Requires lifting heavy objects (whether this is considered a drawback depends on the individual)

4. Information is often not shared evenly, frequently resulting in rework and sometimes delaying departure from work

5. Sometimes you may still be tagged in group chats or assigned tasks after work

6. Some supervisors judge people based on appearances; sometimes ability seems unimportant

7. There are many trivial tasks, and you often need to handle “urgent” orders, which delays leaving work

Pros

You can learn quite a lot of professional knowledge about high-end bathroom fixtures and tiles, in an environment that cultivates an appreciation of aesthetics.

Cons

The salary never gets adjusted. The internal company atmosphere favors people who are sweet talkers over those who are capable. The owner’s wife is somewhat of a control freak—even if you want to leave the company during the lunch break, you have to report it. Although there are designated break times in the morning and afternoon, nobody actually takes breaks. If you take a break or leave work on time, people will point fingers and gossip about you. The company was once fined for failing to pay overtime, in violation of the Labor Standards Act.
