1. The company has other related companies under its umbrella, but they are actually all the same company. You need to be careful about which company your labor and health insurance is registered under. They will insure you under a subsidiary without asking you in advance, and then transfer you back to the company you interviewed with after a year or some other period of time.
2. There are not many employees, so you have to take on multiple roles and may be asked to help with other work.
3. If you want to resign, they will try to find fault with you.
4. The boss may often suspect that someone is going to harm him. He likes to sue people and is frequently in court. Because he is afraid that departing employees will say things or reveal secrets, he will first issue warnings to make you take notice. This is common treatment of former employees.
