Read the community guidelinesOther than being able to leave work on time, I can't think of any other advantages.
1. The company has a high turnover rate, and the work atmosphere is poor.
2. Senior employees are very unfriendly toward new hires.
3. Apart from the fixed one-month year-end bonus, on other holidays they only give a few rice dumplings or a bowl of tangyuan.
4. There are not many opportunities for promotion or salary increases, so you should negotiate for as high a starting base salary as possible.
Can train your handwriting (the interview form is a photocopy... the boxes are probably less than 0.4 cm wide... bring an ultra-fine pen)
Can train your patience (after finishing a self-introduction tailored to the job description... the interviewer: “Can you tell me... what does this have to do with our job description?”)
Can train your endurance (there’s no water to drink during the interview)

When you talk about professional matters, the interviewer doesn’t understand... always saying, “Um... I’m not sure”?
