During the probationary period, 25,200 + 1,000 perfect-attendance bonus; rotating days off. After passing the probationary period, the maximum is only 28,000, with no possibility of earning more. Only three people are on duty during holidays, making it impossible to eat or rest properly because the phone keeps ringing. There are also many customer issues. Given the difficulty of the job, the salary is simply not enough. A terrible job, with a very high turnover rate as well.
