No pros
The interview was scheduled for 1:30. I completed the paperwork and submitted it, but by 2:30 the supervisor still hadn't come to conduct the interview! The supervisor being busy really isn't an excuse!
The colleagues are all very nice and friendly toward newcomers, and they proactively offer assistance.
The supervisor easily loses their temper and swears. The work atmosphere is poor and highly stressful. The office is small, so you constantly have to see their expression. The job mainly consists of continually calling people to get them to take out loans, while also handling existing customers. Employees are required to schedule two or three people to come in every day in order to leave on time; otherwise, they must stay for meaningless overtime, with no overtime pay. There are also three meetings every day, during which employees are constantly pressured to arrange appointments and a lot of time is spent saying emotionally manipulative things. With genuine effort, it is possible to earn over 100,000, but besides working hard, you also need luck. Anyone considering taking the job should think it over carefully.
If you're willing to put in the effort, you really can make over 100,000 a month!
The supervisors love to berate people, often using profanity. Otherwise, they throw things on the floor. Put nicely, they're hot-tempered; put bluntly, they simply don't know how to respect people!
It's easy to get in, but hard to leave. They really like using the contract to pressure you. If you can't do the job well and want to leave, they won't let you go until you simply stop showing up the next day…
Advice for those who want to make money:
You really can make money there, but you will honestly hear someone being berated 99% of the time every day~
