Pros
Cultivates the spirit of thrift and managing a household; meals are provided for NT$60 (you pay the difference for meals exceeding that price; no cash alternative).
Cons
Mediocre pay, lots of work, all kinds of deductions, constantly filling in for absent staff, working over seven hours requires a second time card, and even the year-end bonus isn’t enough to cover red envelopes.
