The company sells hospital equipment, provides troubleshooting and repair services, and performs regular maintenance. Every day after work, you have to write a report on that day’s work and email it to your supervisor. It must include both text and images—you cannot simply write a few words. Even if employees have something to do after work and fail to send it, they will be criticized because this is company policy.
You also have to prepare a PowerPoint presentation for every instrument. If the content is too brief, you will be criticized as well. Naturally, you are expected to prepare these reports on your own time after work.
There is someone called the executive assistant who has nothing to do every day. After working there for more than ten years, they still cannot do anything and spend all day flattering the boss. They also love nitpicking and criticizing others after the fact, then privately reporting minor issues to the boss to make their presence known.
If you like being subjected to constant mental pressure, this company is the place for you. It has no established procedures, changes its orders from day to day, and offers zero benefits. Come and take on the challenge.

Interviewed for a northern-region maintenance engineer position.
As soon as I entered the company, the lighting was dim, and the office and hallways were filled with clutter, extremely messy! The interview room was also packed with items, which left a very poor first impression!
The two managers asked many questions about my work experience during the interview. I felt that some of my answers were not very complete, but I did my best to answer them all. Regarding the company itself, they only asked whether I had looked it up online. They gave no introduction whatsoever and did not give me an opportunity to ask questions before ending the interview. Very disrespectful to interviewees!
I only saw the HR staff member and the two interviewing managers at the company; there was no one else.
