The director at the Dunnan campus is a hypocrite. I resigned because I couldn't stand his double standards.
But after I submitted my resignation, every day was miserable. They don't tell me anything about what is happening at the school, but when something happens, they ask how I could not have known.
In the end, he has the final say on everything.
The company is stingy and the pay is low, and on top of that I have to look at the director's insufferable face. Just thinking about it makes me angry.
People with a masochistic streak are very welcome, though.
Everything was actually fine before I resigned.
(Jinshan campus) After I submitted my resignation, the director immediately changed their attitude and subjected me to all kinds of bullying. They even refused to let me take bereavement leave. When I took two hours of bereavement leave to return and provide support, they still gave me the cold shoulder, and I was not paid overtime. I submitted my resignation well in advance, but they did not process it promptly. After the originally scheduled resignation date, they kept saying they had not found a replacement and refused to let me leave. During the period when I continued working, they constantly excluded, isolated, and bullied me. They delayed my departure twice in total. In the end, I had to stand my ground and insist on leaving before they allowed me to resign, but then on my last day they said they would deduct my wages and even brought up my bereavement leave. This company completely fails to treat people with basic respect.
Also, the director often delays reimbursing money. When I helped buy lunch or paid for package-related expenses in advance, they did not proactively repay me promptly—I had to bring it up before they would pay me back. Before I left, I also never received money for some invoices submitted for reimbursement. It was really not okay: the workload was overwhelming, the pay was not high, parents were all wealthy and extremely demanding, and because the children were from wealthy families, their behavior was not particularly good either. You could never leave work on time, and overtime pay was not provided. Sometimes they would even secretly clock you out early. Anyone considering applying should think very carefully.
