Salaries are paid on time

Other than the aforementioned advantage of “salaries being paid on time,” there are no advantages at all.

The company has almost no employee benefits. Most long-serving colleagues avoid taking responsibility whenever they encounter problems; the majority of colleagues do not want to take responsibility.

Of course, there are still a few colleagues who help one another, but no one knows how much longer they will stay.

In addition to the extremely high turnover rate, the company arbitrarily lays off employees. The only thing that can barely count as a second advantage is that you can receive severance pay.

The only thing I gained during my employment was realizing that everything portrayed in prime-time television dramas is actually true!!!

Under no circumstances should you apply for the E-commerce Specialist position, because

1. The supervisor does not respect professional expertise and only does what upper management wants.

2. People are laid off without any communication; it is entirely based on the preferences of upper management.

3. There is no e-commerce logic in the way things are done. No wonder the e-commerce business has been unable to take off despite having operated for so long.

4. Stock shortages are far too severe. They want to boost performance, but there are not enough resources to do so.

Paychecks are issued on time.

You can occasionally leave work on time.

The turnover rate is very high.

Anyone who cannot tolerate the manager and the procedures will leave.

All the employees are afraid of the boss (manager).

The entire company is run according to her word alone.

If you make a mistake, she will constantly criticize and scold you after the fact. Even if the facts are not as she says, you had better not talk back, or it will never end.

Employees leave work punctually as soon as their workday ends.

If you seize the opportunity, you can leave on time, but the next day she will leave a note on your desk asking you to finish it before noon that day.

Coworkers do not chat with one another.

It is impossible to chat when the manager is present, and the atmosphere at work is very tense.

Additional tasks or work are assigned without any increase in compensation.

The manager will assign tasks to whoever she thinks is more obedient; spending an entire week revising something is also common.

If your desk is too clean, people may mistakenly think you have nothing to do.
