This was truly outrageous. I went through two interviews in total. The president was absent the first time. After the first interview, they called me and said there were some questions they wanted to ask to get to know me better. During the call, they said that although I had no experience, they thought I was someone worth cultivating, and said they wanted to hire me. They also told me the approximate salary. At the second interview, there were two people: the president and someone connected to the company who was not at a managerial level (they said at the time that he might be the person I would work under in the future). They said they wanted to have a private conversation with me and told me many things about the company and so on, making me let down my guard. In the end, the following week came and I did not even receive a notification. Weren’t they the ones who said they would hire me? Perhaps I am still too inexperienced and too willing to trust people, but I believe a company that deceives and lies will not have a promising future. Anyone going for an interview should think twice.
