Read the community guidelinesThe supervisor is very polite and a nice person.
1. The working environment is terrible.
2. Colleagues are reluctant to teach; they explain something briefly and then disappear.
3. The break area is also the work area, and people lie on the floor.
4. The headquarters HR staff have an extremely poor attitude. When I asked when I could collect my personal seal after resigning, they simply said, “What problem do I have? You have to wait until the salary settlement is completed before you can collect it?!” I’ve never heard of a company withholding someone’s personal seal, or of a company needing to retain an employee’s seal in order to pay their salary.
5. If perfect-attendance pay is excluded from the salary structure, it is below the statutory minimum wage.
The salary is relatively high
The employees are nice, easy to talk to, and willing to help one another
The division of work is very strange, and the tasks are miscellaneous
Work is not assigned according to abilities, so people are not placed in suitable roles
Upper management lacks management skills
There is no SOP at all, and the processes are disorganized
The sales team is unprofessional, causing the on-site staff to suffer miserably
Whenever a customer applies a little pressure, the delivery date has to be moved up
Orders are constantly inserted into the schedule, leading to meaningless overtime every day to rush shipments
The scheduling and delivery dates are a complete mess; every day there are goods being demanded for shipment
Last-minute cancellations and postponed shipments have become the norm...
After working here for a long time, you become physically and mentally exhausted......
If they could improve the foolish practice of inserting orders into the schedule
The salary and the work itself are otherwise quite good
