The turnover rate among the managers and staff at stuff is almost 100%. The only ones who never change are the boss and the boss’s wife. The speed at which people are replaced is as fast as the boss changes cars.

Employee turnover is extremely high. People generally don’t stay longer than one to six months, and many can’t make it through even a day or two. They recruit all year round.

I interviewed at this company last year. It’s just an average small or medium-sized enterprise. One minor advantage is that it has a two-day weekend every week.
But the salary is extremely low—they only offer NT$21,000, and labor and health insurance premiums haven’t even been deducted!
