A company with little competitiveness

They say it’s 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but force you to work overtime, calculating overtime pay based on the basic salary.
It’s just over 100 per hour. Foreign workers also work 14 hours every day, and they only tell them to take a day off after they collapse from exhaustion.
If you don’t cooperate with overtime, they cut your pay.
