The boss’s wife is a control freak. She requires assistants to arrive at the company 10 minutes early every morning, which violates labor laws. Every morning, assistants have to arrive early to help open the windows in the break room, and she even dictates how wide the windows should be opened. She loves picking on assistants and meddles in even the most trivial matters. The boss is extremely harsh. Employees aren’t allowed to bring breakfast to eat in the office. Once, a new employee didn’t know this and brought breakfast to eat; on their first day, the boss yelled and berated them. The boss runs the company like a military operation, and the boss’s wife is a control freak. They even claim that theirs is a very sophisticated company—what a joke.
