The Taipei Neihu office has only 17 employees, while the Miaoli factory has approximately 50 employees.
I have worked at the Taipei office since joining in 2018 and remain employed as of 2024. Only one employee joined after me. Since I joined, only one sales employee has left the Taipei office for a job that was a better fit. Most employees at the Taipei office have more than 10 years of experience, making it a very stable company—rare in the electronics industry!
Compared with larger companies, the work processes and division of responsibilities are somewhat disorganized!
