If you have not previously worked for [someone/some company], do not come here under any circumstances, because the supervisor will treat you like garbage. After leaving [that company], the supervisor took a job here and has since recruited only people from the former company. This supervisor puts personal interests first, but uses all kinds of elaborately packaged promises to brainwash people, claiming it is for your own good and that they are paving the way for you. Every day, the supervisor brings along their own clique to trick the company into paying overtime; despite working overtime every day, the work still cannot be finished. As long as you are not part of the clique, you will be worked to death. Members of the clique can gather to chat and play on their phones without consequence. When it comes to performance and productivity reviews, the supervisor manipulates the results: the clique receives generous pay raises and evaluations, while others get only a token increase of one hundred, like beggars. The supervisor also practices serious discrimination and enforces a class system, openly verbally abusing and looking down on dispatched workers, while allowing the close friends they brought in to bully employees. When a permanent employee in the clique makes a mistake, dispatched workers have no right to speak up or correct them; anyone who does so will be reported by that friend and forced out. Work assignments are always heavier and more numerous for people outside the clique, while those inside have it easy. The supervisor acts as if the Maersk L'Oréal warehouse would collapse without them. Anyone considering going there should think twice.
