The company is mostly made up of longtime employees with outdated thinking. There are also local managers with extremely low execution and leadership abilities who are petty, self-important, and narrow-minded. When there are no orders, they just sit passively in the office waiting for orders to come in. Those preparing for civil service exams or simply looking to pass the time may come work here.
The company atmosphere is very traditional, and everyone is old; it is still fairly lively and interesting. The boss is very much like a university professor and is very serious.
Small company, few people, and the engineers work extremely hard.
