The company’s overall environment and interior furnishings reflect a relatively traditional style, with a strong sense of its operational history. However, in terms of spatial layout and atmosphere, it still falls short of the modernized working environments found at most technology companies today.
During the interview, the HR representative’s interactions were more results-oriented. Some questions focused on personal matters and were not closely related to the professional aspects of the position, which could give the impression that the evaluation approach was rather utilitarian, with relatively limited warmth in communication.

They actually had the HR manager conduct the interview and ask a bunch of pointless questions unrelated to the technical role. It's 2021 and they still have second-round interviews = =
Interview: Senior Software Engineer
The test consisted of practical questions, with no questions on algorithms or data structures. There were quite a lot of questions. The interview atmosphere was good, and the HR representative was very talkative, but I don't know whether I'll get the job.
The company's environment is relatively outdated.
