How much are you expected to do? People who do not understand e-commerce keep interfering with the e-commerce business model and, without understanding current consumer behavior, continue to maintain a traditional manufacturing-oriented, factory-driven approach. Any submitted proposal can be overturned; there is absolutely no rationality to it.
No advantages
The company changes its policies constantly, the business manager is very good at undermining people, enjoys berating others in meetings, the office is small, colleagues are very good at shirking responsibility, and they even privately bet on when you will resign. Turnover is high.
