- The general manager is like a 100% salesperson who only understands sales and often forgets what they have said. They easily get into arguments with employees in other roles and are out of the company about half of the workday

- The company’s business scope has barely expanded, focusing mainly on schools and secondarily on government agencies, so revenue growth is clearly very difficult
The interview process was fairly good. They asked some specialized marketing questions, and I could tell that the interviewing manager was quite busy.
It seems like it would be quite suitable for recent graduates or job seekers who are just entering the marketing field.
It sounds like there may be opportunities to work on the company’s more hands-on marketing operations.
The company is in Neihu, next to the Neihu Tri-Service General Hospital. It might be less convenient to get there by bus if you don’t have a scooter.
Based on the previous comments, it seems that experiences have been mixed. However, since I wasn’t hired, I also don’t know what the actual situation is.
The company's general manager usually sleeps until noon at home before coming to the office; otherwise, they disappear and go home to sleep. Normally, no one supervises them, and essentially no one objects to watching videos or playing games at the office.
The company owner is in mainland China, while the general manager also serves as the head of sales for Taiwan. When hiring sales staff, they prefer people who are easy to control. They also like to take over deals handled by their subordinates for no reason. Although the position advertised is a sales role, in practice, new hires become the general manager's sales assistant. This is not recommended for anyone who wants to do sales. The owner likes to control sales staff's personal schedules and pry into their privacy, or scrutinize unimportant matters and magnify them to find fault.

During the break, I went in and saw employees shooting toy guns at each other. I could also hear them laughing while chatting, so the interaction among employees seemed pretty good.

I applied for Position A, but during the interview they told me they wanted me to do Position B instead, while also helping with the work for Position A.
The boss conducted the interview personally and asked many questions about career planning, education, and work experience, many of which were difficult to answer. Examples are provided below:
1. OO: Have you ever been to the XX exhibition? Me: I've never heard of it.
OO: There are many innovative applications there. I recommend that you go take a look.
2. Your autobiography mentioned your dream from the past. Why didn't you ultimately pursue development in that direction?

(Then a senior employee took over the questioning.)
7. Do you understand graphics cards? Me: Ray Tracing is a good thing.
Then, what is the maximum number of monitors that XXX graphics card can connect externally?
8. Do you have any plans to pursue further education?
At the end of the interview, there was also a comment that seemed to suggest there was some issue with 34K, but I forgot what it was.
That's basically it.
The colleagues are all nice, and everyone gets along well. People leave and arrive on time, and you can gain plenty of experience with AR/VR technology.
The boss manages everything, whether it is important or trivial. Anything you can think of will be commented on. The boss is rather self-centered, but this is a good place for a fresh graduate to build experience (it can serve as a stepping stone). You have to ask for a salary adjustment yourself in order to get one.
