1. The scheduled working hours are not genuine; you still have to clean up after work.
2. After being hired, you will sign a consent form waiving some of your rights (the first clause acknowledges that there is no pay during the probationary period).
3. You are only notified several days later to pay compensation items (and the additional payment must be made in cash).
4. The agreement to exchange overtime for compensatory leave is always signed retroactively after completing the shift.
