All the colleagues are very nice, except for the head of the accounting department.
Cons
The head of the accounting department arbitrarily suppresses and deducts salaries, underreports labor and health insurance, and exploits employees while spending their own work hours browsing the internet. If you're considering going there, absolutely do not join the accounting department.
In addition, the accounting department withholds payment for Local tour leaders' restaurant expenses. If you go into sales, be careful—you may not get paid either.
