During the interview, they said it was a five-day workweek with weekends off, but in reality, weekend overtime is practically routine every month. Saturday overtime can only be exchanged for time off, while overtime pay is available only for Sundays. Overtime is also paid at the regular daily wage. In this family-owned company, almost all the employees are relatives or long-serving employees. Everyone has more leave than they can use because there is simply no time given for you to take it. They also said during the interview that there would be opportunities for business trips or transfers abroad, but that was a lie too, because relatives are given priority and you never get a turn.
