3. The COO often asks employees where the company’s internal files are stored or how reports were created. They keep asking about the same file repeatedly—it’s quite amusing.
1. The company states on recruitment websites and in its employee handbook that there will be three full months of training, but the PM/CRA department actually has none at all.
2. The PM/CRA department has no senior employees providing guidance or management. The only direct supervisor is the COO, who joined in February 2019. The COO themselves has approximately two months of CRA experience and, because they had just joined the company, did not even have a thorough understanding of each study’s protocol, yet still referred to themselves as the line manager.
3. The company terminated employees without warning on the same day and did not submit the required dismissal notification ten days in advance in accordance with the Employment Service Act.

I was stood up for the interview for over half an hour. After asking about it afterward, I found out that other colleagues had experienced the same thing. I felt a little more at ease ^^
Employee welfare committee
1. The company has limited resources and limited growth opportunities because it is still quite new. If you want to develop professionally in the field of clinical trials, it is recommended that you compare it with other options.
2. The company has a high employee turnover rate.
3. The boss often complains to employees about the work performance of other employees.
