Read the community guidelinesThe work environment is pretty good, and my colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
The timelines are often very short and rushed. One person has to be responsible for more than one project, but almost all of them require researching new technologies, so it is basically very difficult to complete them within the given timeframe. Managers at the supervisory level do not even bother to understand the actual situation, and project process management is also very chaotic…..

The HR department is very problematic, randomly reaching out for roles in unrelated fields. After I replied, all the responses were from a bot. I thought I might as well go and see, but the interviewer seemed completely uninterested and acted as if they just wanted to end it as soon as possible. They clearly had not even looked at the candidate’s CV, yet still demanded that I fill out a bunch of personal information. I found out right after the interview that the position had been closed. They completely wasted someone else’s time—especially when HR was the one who reached out in the first place?
Except for the managerial staff, the colleagues are generally easy to get along with.
The salary is somewhat above average.
There is almost no training. Staff shortages are the norm, so overtime may also be the norm, and the overtime system lacks flexibility.
There are management issues. Employees are frequently handing over their work, and sometimes even supervisors do not understand the employees’ areas of responsibility.
The company is not large, but it is by no means soft-handed when it comes to layoffs.

The HR person who scheduled the interview called on Friday afternoon to invite me to an interview on Monday morning.
After arranging it, they said they would send an interview invitation, but it never arrived.
When I called the company to ask, I was told that the person no longer worked there.
The email was not sent until one hour before the interview (there was absolutely no time to prepare for it).
When I arrived at the company for the interview,
the interviewer looked like, "I'm very busy and don't have time to deal with you."
After saying only a few words, they said they had a phone call to take and left.
I had absolutely no idea what I was there for.
