Read the community guidelinesI think the company atmosphere is very good.
There might be dogs around—I’m worried there could be poop on the floor 😂😂
There aren't really any advantages; they think they have marketing skills and exaggerate their ideas about the future.
1. Beware: some employees don't have much ability, yet they think they're professionals!!
2. There is no source of business or income. If you're content to eat, drink, and wait to die, then go ahead and join them.
3. The people above lack ability; some longtime employees are basically incompetent, yet they act as if they have the backing of their superiors and think that means what??
4. Salaries are paid late. If you want to go, then go..

Those willing to take a chance on a startup company may consider it.
The interview was very pleasant, and the process lasted two hours.
According to what the manager said, this is a free and open company.
In August, I received interview invitations from this company twice.
Since I was still working at the time,
I only decided to go to the interview after receiving the second invitation.
In mid-August, I went to the company for an interview with a Mr. J.
The interview was very pleasant.
Mr. J also verbally promised that he wanted to hire me and offered me the salary I was hoping for.
However, he said he hoped I could start work immediately on September 1.
I told him that I still had responsibilities and a sense of duty toward my current company,
so I should complete the handover process and could not guarantee that I would be able to start work on September 1.
I might need to ask him to wait until mid-September.
Mr. J said that would be fine, but if they found someone else by then, he could only apologize to me.
I completely understood this point, and at the time both sides also verbally agreed that I would come to work afterward.
After confirming my start date with Mr. J on August 23, I rushed to formally complete my resignation on August 25.
I also notified the company that I could start work on September 1.
However, Mr. J told me that they had already found someone.
And I had also left my original job.
I was officially unemployed.
