Read the community guidelinesThere are lots of plants and flowers, so if the office feels too stifling, you can go and refresh your eyes.
If you are at Four Seasons Agriculture
1. One salary for three jobs, while holding positions at three companies.
2. You have to take turns working on holidays to care for the fish, geese, ducks, chickens, and cats, water the flowers, and check the hydroponic system.
3. You have to take turns cleaning the toilets every week.
4. The office is cold in winter and hot in summer. When it rains heavily, even walking to the restroom is a hassle because water accumulates. Worse, the office also leaks. There are motorcycle parking spaces but no motorcycle shelter, so you will definitely get wet.
Whether you are at Four Seasons Yangpu or Four Seasons Agriculture
2. Senior managers have many ideas and run multiple projects at once. Everything is urgent, and everything requires immediate attention. If you make them happy, they call your name every day; if you upset them, they will not even look you in the eye. They are knowledgeable but extremely emotional and may speak emotionally.
They disregard company procedures and do not listen to your explanations. They only wonder why you are wasting so much time and what you have been doing, but never consider that their constant changes are what cause delays in the workflow.
3. Middle managers say one thing and do another. In front of you, they say they are being mistreated, but in front of their superiors, they tell a completely different story. They do not accept advice from others and always think it is the employees’ fault, but they never reflect on their own character problems. Dealing with them is exhausting because you not only have to understand what they are actually saying, but also tolerate the fact that you cannot understand them. When you ask them to clarify, they will ask, “Was I not clear?” In reality, they are consistently unclear.
The people in the electromechanical team at this company can be treated as friends. They are very willing to teach you things, and they do not make emotional remarks. If you have questions, you can ask them and they will explain.
However, you are not part of the electromechanical team. As long as the people above you are the same managers mentioned above, there will still be problems caused by people.
Finally, my advice is that there are many better places than this one.
When they post a job opening, there can be a huge gap between what the position is actually supposed to involve and the reality. Most likely, you will do a lot of work for very little pay.
But if you think you are very good at currying favor with superiors, you can join.
The managers like hearing flattering words and like people to be extremely deferential, even if those people are not particularly capable.
