Pros
The salary is decent, and the year-end bonus is very good. No socializing is required, and work is fast-paced, so it doesn’t get boring.
Cons
1. Work is basically conducted through text communication on computers and phones, with unnecessary face-to-face communication avoided as much as possible.
2. Every day, all sorts of tasks—big and small—are chasing after you.
3. Recommended if you don’t like talking; it would be a suitable workplace for you.
