It feels like they use many different company names to evade certain issues. In practice, the company you apply to and the company you eventually belong to may be different. Internal infighting is extremely serious, and the company carried out a major round of layoffs last year.
1. As the previous commenter said, internal infighting is extremely serious. It is not that senior managers cannot stabilize the situation; senior managers themselves are participants in the infighting. Even small departments fight among themselves. On the surface, everything appears harmonious within the palace, but in reality, people are constantly setting traps for one another. It is disgusting!
2. There are no real opportunities to learn or grow here. From senior management down to ordinary employees, everyone is too busy guarding against being stabbed in the back to share documents or experience. Newcomers to this company not only have no opportunity to realize their ambitions, but may also have their professional expertise mistreated.
3. The company's free drink vending machine is clearly an employee benefit, but some people inside the company try to take advantage of it. They often go to the machine after it has just been restocked, around quitting time, to take snacks and drinks home. The quality and character of the internal staff are very poor.
4. Talented, capable people who discover that something is wrong after joining the company escape as quickly as they can. This is not a place that can retain strong employees.
5. There are very few places to eat near the company. It is difficult to find anything to eat, and everything is expensive!
6. Many employees have not been here for long. The senior colleague assigned to guide you may have been with the company for less than two months and may not even understand the situation themselves.
7. Working here is truly a waste of life. I urge anyone considering this company to think very carefully and not be lured by its claims of a 16-month annual salary, because you might be inexplicably laid off or fired before you have even worked here for a year. This place is seriously dysfunctional!
