Read the community guidelinesLeaving work on time.
During my employment, in addition to having an emotional, controlling, suspicious supervisor who neither respected nor trusted employees, the company would also arbitrarily transfer employees to different positions, withhold part of their wages, and underreport their labor insurance wages. Furthermore, under the pretext of professional development, employees were forced to prepare reports or conduct research outside working hours and share them during work hours.
Although employees left work on time, a highly controlling supervisor might schedule every single second of working time with tasks.
