Pros
Sometimes it’s quite relaxed. The employees get along fairly well, though there are some cliques. But when things get busy, they get really busy. It’s very suitable for coasting and for people who like to slack off and don’t need much money.
Cons
The salary is low, the location is remote, and it’s inconvenient. The promotion system is limited, with little future potential. There are no clear distinctions between positions. The manager is very nice to both insiders and outsiders, but is too soft.
