Regarding what happened at one of the branch campuses: I applied for the position of teacher OO. I worked nine hours without a break, and even had to ask the teacher whether I could leave after work before I was allowed to go. There was no overtime pay.
I was very proactive and conscientious, but after working there for only a short time, I was told that I was unsuitable for the position and asked to leave. The boss themselves rarely even came into the office, so they had hardly seen me teaching students at all (the other teachers thought I performed well).
The salary was 2Xk, but when I received my pay later, I found out that they had paid me only the minimum hourly wage, haha. I also received no severance pay. Thinking back, I never submitted my personal identification documents, so I might not even have been enrolled in labor and health insurance. They probably never intended to hire me in the first place—I was just a temporary part-timer filling in until they found someone.
