Pros

The HR attitude was good, and the environment in the company's IT department was comfortable (it was the only area that felt like a properly established company).

Cons

No comment—on everything.

Including the online test and the interview assignments in the early stages, I completed at least nearly four assignments. I did a whole lot of work and even made it to the later stages, then waited for at least more than a month.

(It felt more like they were stealing my creativity and ideas.)

I came away with an extremely poor impression. Luckily, I didn't go there, because the company started laying people off a month later (ah, a friend of mine who worked there was practically worked to death, genuinely cared about the company, and was inexplicably laid off too ^_^

Pros

The atmosphere is great and the benefits are excellent. Going to work feels as happy as being at university.

Cons

It is very difficult for interns to become full-time employees. Among the interns I have seen, almost no one has succeeded. Even if you produce a lot of work, your direct supervisor’s manager may not know that you were the one who did it. It feels more like helping full-time employees achieve their goals. If becoming a full-time employee is not your goal, simply experiencing the benefits of a large company can be quite enjoyable.

Pros

I interviewed for a PM position, and would like to provide the following for reference.

The thoughtfulness was evident in many details:

1. The reminder email from HR before the interview.

2. A large Starbucks iced latte was provided on the day of the interview. (It was a group interview that day, so matcha lattes were also available; they seemed to have considered that some candidates might not drink coffee.)

3. The interviewers had clearly read the résumé and related materials carefully in advance. Their manner of communication was also very respectful, and they took notes throughout.

4. After the interview, each person was given a bag of Dcard-related souvenirs.

5. When introducing the company environment, it was easy to sense that the company had a good atmosphere, as well as spaces for rest, recreation, and interaction among colleagues.

Cons

At least during the interview process, I did not notice any particular shortcomings. Based on my personal interview experience, it is a rare example of a good company.

As for what the actual working conditions are like, I was not ultimately hired, so I cannot provide an evaluation.
