The interview environment was average. It seemed that the office was on the 2nd floor and the warehouse was on the 4th floor. The salary was 26K. They asked why I didn’t apply for a store position, which pays more!
The job duties were extremely miscellaneous. In addition to picking, shelving, and shipping goods in the warehouse, products were sent to the stores first, with the shipping documents filled out afterward. The system seemed strange. Besides 3C products, there were also accessories and claw-machine-related products!
When free, I had to help with office tasks, as well as help the stores with shelving and inventory counts. (In this regard, I wondered what the highly paid store staff were there for.)
The company is clearly seriously understaffed, yet it keeps firing capable employees.
A friend used to be a screen protector installer at one of the stores,
but was also subjected to inexplicable pay deductions
and an inexplicable dismissal.
Think twice before coming to work for this company.
Some store colleagues are only interested in slacking off.
The supervisor at one store only wants to force people out
so they can rise to the top themselves.
Think twice before coming to this company!!
The colleagues here can’t do their jobs; they only think about getting high,
and some of them use drugs.
The store manager doesn’t manage anything
and only listens to other people’s opinions when judging employees.
Watch out for the somewhat short supervisor at the Ximen store.
They only drive others away and use improper means to get promoted to a supervisory position.
The company is clearly severely understaffed, yet it is only willing to believe what others say and dismiss employees with good performance.
