A certain supervisor's management style is extremely problematic, with unfair rewards and punishments.
There is often a large amount of garbage inside appliances awaiting disassembly, which employees have to clean up themselves. The environment is dirty and disgusting, and there are many water-holding containers, resulting in a large number of disease-carrying mosquitoes.
They really like making grand promises, but in reality... haha
