1. There are already very few colleagues, yet there are still cliques that ostracize others.
2. The company does not comply with the Labor Standards Act and does not provide the correct level of labor and health insurance coverage.
3. After being forced to resign, I was asked in an unfriendly manner why I wanted a certificate of involuntary separation. On top of that, the severance pay was initially calculated incorrectly (although the missing amount was later paid after I sent an email warning and reminding them).
4. There is no training system at all (very different from what was said during the interview), so you have to figure out your supervisor's unclear demands on your own, only to be told that you failed to meet the goals.
5. Because it is a family business, the entire work environment is stifling, and you are micromanaged a lot—even being reminded how to hang your coat.
