Think carefully before joining the bakery operated by this company. The long-serving female employees there love prying into other people's privacy and comment on everyone's body shape every day. Most of the male employees are very chauvinistic. If you want to experience the traditional social hierarchy of male superiority and female inferiority, this is the right place. Also, the actual take-home pay each month is the minimum wage. The two-day weekend does not mean Saturday and Sunday off; the days off are Friday and Saturday. The person responsible for managing the bakery is a very typical exploitative boss who expects employees to take full responsibility for their work, but will also complain if there are too many overtime hours. All overtime hours are converted into compensatory leave, with no option to receive overtime pay, and taking compensatory leave will also affect your year-end performance evaluation, haha.
