Read the community guidelines1. Nice atmosphere and colleagues are easy to get along with
2. Good location and convenient amenities
1. Small space; personally, I find it very noisy when everyone is working together
2. The requirements for the position are vague. After joining, they may automatically shorten the probation period (from 3 months to 2) in order to dismiss you, with the reason: “We thought you would be able to get up to speed quickly.”
3. New employee training is inadequate; you have to be self-reliant
4. There is no advance notice before shortening the probation period, and there are no learning milestones. They may tell you on the day itself that it will be your last day~
5. The salary is not particularly generous
Suggestion:
If you receive an offer from this company, I suggest continuing to look at a few more options and extending your search.
This is not a bad company; in fact, it might be quite good if you are skilled enough.
It is just comparatively less friendly to beginners. If you can meet all the requirements (full-stack development, databases, and dealing with clients),
I believe you will have other, better options.
