Your company sent me an interview invitation on Friday, asking me to attend the interview punctually on Monday morning. I sincerely replied that I would attend on time.
However, at 10 p.m. on Sunday, I received a message from your company asking me to complete a personality and aptitude test before the interview.
This kind of test could have been mentioned at the same time as the interview invitation was sent. Why send it after 10 p.m. the night before the interview?
What if I hadn't checked my phone?
An extremely strange company

Absolutely terrible! The pay is low—please say so in advance! You also make people come all the way for nothing! Wishing you luck finding the “right person” for the job.

After the actual interview, the salary was slashed drastically, and the attitude was also quite disrespectful of professional expertise.

The company environment is average and somewhat cramped, with quite a lot of product boxes piled up. As I recall, the interviewer really liked giving grand lectures. The job duties are quite varied; in addition to graphic design, web design and product photography skills are also required. I found online that sales positions pay 24k, and the actual interview confirmed that the salary is really low... starting at 24k.
