Pros
Not having to see Manager G; without his manipulation on LINE, employees are happiest.
Cons
There are absolutely no benefits. Manager G is extremely stingy. There is no year-end bonus or holiday bonus, and I have never even heard a single “Thank you for your hard work.” He randomly piles work onto employees, never remembers what he said, has no ideas, and is fickle. It is a company and manager where it is impossible to find any advantages.
