When it comes to payment, things are often delayed repeatedly. It seems that the boss is the one who decides when payments are made, but making a decision does not mean the payment will be made on time. Neither the accountant nor the contact person can help; they both tell you that you can only contact the boss (and the boss is very difficult to reach).

Although the payment was eventually made in full, I wouldn't dare work with them again. I hope they can understand that outsourced contractors also have a lot to deal with every day, and having to spend so much time chasing payment from one company is truly exhausting.

These few managers had no manners. During a one-hour interview, they spent forty minutes lecturing me. They told me that my experience was limited and that they couldn’t offer a high salary. The company is poor, small, and old, yet they still complained that other companies offered high salaries?? Blaming others for their own poverty?? I asked questions, but they didn’t give a single straightforward answer. They wouldn’t answer about the job responsibilities, workload, or salary. What kind of lousy company is this? All three companies I interviewed with offered me 35,000. Seriously, poor people have no shame. They wasted an hour of my time lecturing me and saying that newcomers should accept low wages?? If they like low pay so much, why don’t they reduce their own salaries to 20,000 and distribute the difference to their employees? They even put on sour faces and had none of the basic courtesy they should have. Truly shameless. We’ll see how long your company can survive.
