Pros

You can experience a company with poorly designed systems.

Cons

The marketing department is only responsible for promotional images for Facebook, while the sales department is also expected to come up with marketing ideas.

How amazing—the sales staff are the real marketers after all!

But the sales team is already overloaded with work, so how do they have time to think of promotional content?

Then, these marketing staff who only produce images take 3–4 days to complete a single image.

I’m not from an art background, but as far as I know, using AI nowadays should take less than half a day. Did the boss really not think of that?

Or does the boss simply want to dump a pile of work on the sales staff, and then blame them for having insufficient stress tolerance when they resign?

The system is truly awful. If you want to experience an unfair system, feel free to come work at this poor company.

Pros

Because of the high turnover, strange people and incidents are frequently encountered, which can broaden your horizons.

Cons

It really is a gathering place for strange people. One person, seemingly suffering from some kind of mental illness, often loses their temper and loudly bangs on the desk. Another is even more outrageous, practically looking like a homeless person, with a patchy beard and curly hair down to the neck, and often mixing Taiwanese into their speech.

The marketing manager was driven away after just two months by the pile of strange people and incidents; the Vietnamese manager left after eight months because the company ran out of money and would not provide health insurance.

Hurry up and join! A company full of strange people and incidents like this is a rare sight in the world—not everyone has had the chance to see one!

Pros

A company that specializes in producing diplomas not recognized in Taiwan

Cons

The boss likes to make empty promises—or doesn’t even make them, because buying a pen to draw them costs money!

They don’t improve the courses and even prevent salespeople from going out.

Every day, they call lists that were already thoroughly exhausted hundreds of years ago.

Marketing is a Japan-obsessed dreamer—utterly useless, and they can’t even place ads, so they can’t reach the right target audience at all.

There is probably only one useful new lead per month, and every salesperson, including the boss, will fight you for it.

It’s a company with absolutely no systems in place. You’re better off not going.

Pros

Interviewed directly by the CEO; the conversation covered all aspects of the job and benefits, which seemed quite good.

The work environment is simple, with nothing particularly strange. The interview took about one hour, and the written test questions were somewhat outdated, with no standard answers.

I probably just wanted to refer to other opinions.

Cons

Doesn't want to spend too much on advertising, yet wants to make a lot of money.
