Pros
There aren't many advantages.
Cons
The position is described as server administration and equipment maintenance, but in reality it involves traveling to various sites for both indoor and outdoor work. Sometimes you have to cover events and rush from place to place, traveling frequently, and you also have to take turns being on duty on weekends. The salary! Well… the salary offered will make you feel like crying.
