Read the community guidelines1. The company environment is fairly decent.
2. You can receive the interview results fairly quickly.
3. The interviewers were reasonably polite and did not make you furious enough to want to leave the site immediately. Thanks to this, I’m still giving an average rating.
1. Interviewers may make sarcastic remarks; this is very important.
2. During the interview, if they just keep asking you to ask questions, or keep asking you repetitive questions without proactively explaining the compensation and benefits, it basically means they are not very interested in you. Don’t waste time asking questions that won’t lead anywhere; no matter how many questions you ask, you still won’t be hired.
3. If they ask about your expected salary during the interview and the interviewer’s eyes briefly flicker, they may think you are not worth that amount.
4. If, at the end of the interview, they say something like “Let’s leave it at that for now,” or do not say when you could start work, it is a sign that you will not be hired. Don’t waste time waiting for notification; even if you do, you will only receive a rejection letter or no response at all. (This company seems not to give silent rejections, which is fairly polite.)
