Pros

1. Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the work atmosphere is good.

2. A company vehicle is provided for practicing driving. As long as you finish visiting the work sites, the rest of your working hours are quite flexible, and you can spend most of the time relaxing in the vehicle.

3. Subsidies are provided for obtaining professional certifications, and relevant courses are available free of charge.

4. Working hours are not fixed, and there is no need to clock in or out.

5. The Taoyuan location provides dormitories, so you can live there while working.

6. The compensation is better after becoming a regular employee.

Cons

1. There are too many work sites every day, so work often runs overtime. The schedule is also frequently packed, sometimes requiring six days of work and one day off, and total monthly working hours may exceed 180 hours.

2. A high degree of independence is required. When the schedule is packed, training is compressed, and colleagues do not explain the work-site information in advance. Upon arriving at the work site, you are expected to start working immediately, without even being given time to take notes. Newcomers therefore have to figure out what questions to ask from scratch—so it is best to learn how to read minds first.

3. The conditions vary from one work site to another. There is no opportunity to gradually become familiar with the work by starting with simpler, more manageable sites. You need a good sense of space; otherwise, it is easy to get lost. It is best to know how to read floor plans.

4. Nearly every work site requires opening wastewater tanks and grease traps for the work. You will also frequently encounter flying insects, cockroaches, and rats, so this job is less suitable for people who are afraid of getting dirty.

5. The job requires carrying heavy objects for long periods, and the physical workload is relatively demanding. Every day, your body has to bear the weight of equipment and more than 10 liters of chemicals.

6. Managers at the mid-to-senior level and above are very good at making things difficult. Aside from allowing employees who have been given leave to rest, they require everyone to attend various meetings and courses; otherwise, they use KPI evaluations to emotionally pressure employees.

It is recommended for people who are suited to working in the field. Those with quick reactions and strong powers of observation are also more suitable.
